In order to be happy
These are the things that I apply to myself and found it is really helpful to maximize the happy time in a day.
- If there’s something annoyed, and you can deal with it right away. Do it as fast as you can.
2. If there’s something annoyed, and you can’t think of a way to deal with it. Try not to think about it.
3. Try to not care about the results, care about how much effort you put in and did you try your best or not.
